The non-flared hydraulic conduit of a certain type of aircraft was taken as the research object.Combined with the actual installation and pressure-holding conditions of the aircraft hydraulic conduit,the multilinear follow-up reinforcement was used to simulate the elastoplastic constitutive model of the duct,ANSYS was used to simulate and analyze the conduit joints under different installation torques and constant pressures.The effects of installation torque on the stress and strain at the joint of the conduit and the sealing performance were studied,and the reference installation torque was obtained.The hydraulic conduit installation test bench was constructed,the value of the tightening torque was collected by using a torque wrench,and the pressure test of the catheter was carried out by the hydraulic pump.The test results verified the effects of different mounting torques on the sealing performance of the conduit fittings.The test results show that the large deformation and stress concentration caused by the bulging region between the catheter and the ferrule is one of the main causes of leakage of the conduit fitting.The sealing performance simulation method can accurately simulate the relationship between tightening torque and sealing performance,which provides a basis for catheter installation in practical engineering
