    摘要:

    采用电涡流传感器建立一套浮环密封上浮性能试验方法,该方法可定量地判断浮环密封临界浮起转速,精确地测量浮环密封中密封环的上浮量,并通过计算得到密封环偏心率随转速变化曲线。利用该方法开展某航空发动机浮环密封不同工况条件下上浮性能试验研究,上浮量测量结果与实际位移偏差满足工程测试精度,验证该方法的可行性。试验结果表明:上浮量测量结果与实际位移基本一致,浮环密封上浮性能与密封件两边压差、介质等因素有关;浮环密封正常工作时密封环会与壳体端面产生微动磨损,浮环密封设计时需要考虑微动磨损对浮环密封性能及寿命的影响。

    Abstract:

    A set of floating ring seal floating performance test method was established by using eddy current sensor.The method can quantitatively determine the critical floating speed of floating ring seal,accurately measure the the radial displacement of the sealing ring,and obtain the variation curve of eccentricity of sealing ring with rotating speed by calculating.The experimental study on a specific floating ring seal used in aero engine was carried by the method under different operating conditions.The deviation between the measurement results of the radial displacement and the actual displacement meets the engineering test accuracy,which verifies the feasibility of the method.The test results indicate that the floating performance of floating ring seals is affected by the differential pressure and the sealing medium.When the floating ring seal operates normally,there is a fretting wear happened on the interface between the side face of the sealing ring and the end face of the seal casing.The effects of such a fretting wear on the overall performance and the service life of floating ring seals should be be taken into consideration when designing floating ring seals.
