    以MoS2作为润滑剂,以石墨烯(GE)作为润滑添加剂,采用喷涂法在GCr15钢样片表面制备不同含量的GE/MoS2复合涂层。利用HSR-2M型高速往复式摩擦磨损试验机测试涂层在干摩擦及海水环境中的摩擦磨损性能,并分析了磨痕形貌及磨损机制。结果表明:添加适量石墨烯可明显改善MoS2涂层的摩擦磨损性能,且海水环境中涂层的摩擦因数、磨损率均低于干摩擦;在干摩擦和海水环境下,随着石墨烯含量的增加,GE/MoS2复合涂层的摩擦因数和磨损量均呈现先下降后上升的趋势,当石墨烯质量分数为0.8%时,摩擦磨损性能最优。干摩擦下MoS2涂层的磨损机制为疲劳磨损、黏着磨损和磨粒磨损,GE/MoS2复合涂层主要为磨粒磨损;而在海水环境下几种涂层均仅出现磨粒磨损

    Abstract:

    Using MoS2 as a lubricant and graphene(GE) as a lubricating additive,GE/MoS2 composite coatings with different content of graphene were prepared on the surface of GCr15 steel by spraying method.The tribological properties of the coatings were investigated by HSR-2M high-speed reciprocating friction and wear tester under dry condition and seawater environment,the wear scar morphology and wear mechanism were analyzed as well.The results reveal that the addition of appropriate content of graphene can significantly improve the tribological properties of MoS2 coatings,and the friction coefficient and wear loss of coatings in seawater environment are lower than that under dry friction.With the increase of graphene content,the friction coefficient and wear loss of GE/MoS2 composite coatings are decreased first and then increased in dry condition and seawater environment.The wear mechanism of MoS2 coating under dry friction is fatigue wear,adhesive wear and abrasive wear,and the GE/MoS2 composite coatings are mainly abrasive wear.However,only abrasive wear occurs in seawater environment for these coatings
