压力平衡型指尖密封泄漏特性试验研究

    摘要:

    模拟航空发动机静态和动态工况,试验研究转速、压比和温度等参数对压力平衡型指尖密封泄漏特性的影响规律,并比较标准型指尖密封和压力平衡型指尖密封的性能。试验结果表明:压力平衡型指尖密封能有效缓解滞后现象,具有优异的密封性能;随着压比的上升,泄漏参数先急剧上升,然后趋于定值;随着温度、转速的上升,泄漏参数减小;与标准型指尖密封相比,350 ℃高温工况下压力平衡型指尖密封的静态泄漏参数下降约29.4%,动态泄漏参数下降约34.2%。

    Abstract:

    By simulating the static and dynamic working conditions of a specific areoengine,the leakage characteristics of pressure balanced finger seals were studied by experiment.The effects of rotating speed,pressure ratio and temperature on the leakage characteristics of finger seals were investigated.The results show that the pressure balanced finger seals can effectively alleviate the hysteresis phenomenon and has excellent sealing performance.With the increasing of pressure ratio,the leakage parameters of finger seals are first increased and then gradually tend to a constant,with the increasing of speed and temperature,the leakage parameters are decreased.Compared with conventional finger seals,the static leakage parameter of pressure balanced finger seals at high temperature of 350 ℃is decreased by 29.4%,the dynamic leakage parameter is decreased by 34.2%.
