    摘要:

    提出一种具有定向孔隙多孔储油介质的制备方法,该方法以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)粉末作为基材,苯甲酸作为造孔剂,通过模压、涂覆高温密封胶和真空烧结得到具有定向孔隙的多孔介质。分析模压压力和造孔剂质量分数对多孔介质的硬度、密度、孔隙率、储油率和油保持率等性能的影响。试验结果表明,制备压力与多孔介质的硬度和干密度分别呈线性正效应关系和负效应关系,对孔隙率、储油率和油保持率的影响不显著。造孔剂质量分数与多孔介质的硬度和密度呈线性负效应关系,与孔隙率呈线性正效应关系;造孔剂质量分数越大,甩油初始渗油速率也越大,但对最终油保持率的影响并不显著。多孔介质内部孔隙具有溶洞型的纤维化组织结构,内部孔隙相互贯通,且具有良好的定向性。

    Abstract:

    The porous oil storage medium is the core of the selflubricating rolling functional parts.The different pores of the internal pores reduce the usage rate of the lubricating oil.This paper proposes a method for preparing porous oil storage medium with oriented pores was proposed.The porous medium with directional pores was obtained by pressing molding,coating high temperature sealant and vacuum sintering with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder as base material and benzoic acid as poreforming agent.The influence of molding pressure and poreforming agent mass fraction on the properties of the hardness,density,porosity,oil storage rate and oil retention of the porous media were analyzed.The results show that the preparation pressure has a linear positive effect relationship and a negative effect relationship with the hardness and dry density of the porous medium respectively,and has no significant effect on the porosity,oil storage rate and oil retention rate.The poreforming agent mass fraction has a linear negative effect relationship with the hardness and density of the porous medium and a linear positiveeffect relationship with the porosity.The larger the poreforming agent mass fraction,the greater the oil penetration rate in the initial stage of the oil rejection,but the effect on the final oil retention rate is not significant.The internal pores of porous medium have a fibrotic structure with a karst cave type.The internal pores penetrate each other with good orientation.
