    摘要:

    纯电动汽车一体化动力总成普遍使用的油封因与轴为抱紧滑动密封,在长期磨损、老化后容易失效,且不容易更换,同时在电机高速运转时,因线速度较大,油封无法满足设计要求。针对此问题,设计一款适用于纯电动汽车一体化动力总成的非接触式新型密封结构。该密封将动环和静环集成在一起,中间形成迷宫结构,并在动、静环之间增加了浮动环。通过模拟仿真及实验验证了该非接触式新型密封结构达到设计预期功能,可靠性较常规油封密封有明显提升,且结构更加紧凑,有效提升了一体化动力总成生命周期内的可靠性。

    Abstract:

    The oil seal commonly used in the integrated powertrain of battery electric vehicle(BEV) is locked with the shaft and sliding seal,which is easy to fail after longterm wear and aging,and is not easy to replace.At the same time,when the motor is running at high speed,the line speed is large,the oil seal can not meet the design requirements.Aimed at this problem,a new noncontact sealing structure suitable for the integrated powertrain of BEV was designed.This new seal integrates the dynamic ring and the static ring,forms a labyrinth structure in the middle,and adds a floating ring between the dynamic ring and the static ring.Through simulation and experimental verification,it is found the new noncontact sealing structure achieves the expected design function and its reliability is higher than that of conventional oil seal.The seal has a compact structure,can effectively improve the reliability of the integrated powertrain during its life cycle.
