    为研究超临界二氧化碳干气密封密封环的变形分布,揭示工况条件对密封环变形的影响规律,在考虑CO2真实气体效应的同时,建立考虑密封环对流换热的热-流-固耦合计算模型,借助CFD和CSM计算机仿真技术,研究超临界二氧化碳干气密封动、静环在多重载荷共同作用下的变形规律。研究结果表明:密封环轴向最大热-流-固变形出现在耦合面,热变形和力变形方向相反,其中热变形起主导作用;转速增大,密封环最大轴向热变形和力变形增大,动环最大轴向热-流-固耦合变形减小;介质压力增大,动环和静环最大轴向力变形分别增大6625%和618%,最大轴向热变形和热-流-固耦合变形均减小;进口温度上升,动环和静环最大轴向热变形分别增大4079%和3490%,最大轴向力变形基本不发生改变。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the deformation distribution of supercritical carbon dioxide dry gas seal ring and reveal the influence of operating conditions on the deformation of the seal rings,while considering the CO2 real gas effect,a thermalfluidsolid coupling calculation model considering the convective heat transfer of the seal ring was established.With the aid of CFD and CSM computer simulation technology,the deformation law of dynamic and static rings of supercritical carbon dioxide dry gas seal under multiple loads was studied.The research results show that the maximum axial thermalfluidsolid deformation of the sealing ring appears on the coupling surface,and the thermal deformation and the force deformation are in opposite directions,in which the thermal deformation plays a leading role.As the speed increases,the maximum axial thermal deformation and force deformation of the sealing ring are increased,and the maximum axial thermalfluidsolid coupling deformation of the moving ring is decreasesd.As the medium pressure increases,the maximum axial force deformation of the moving ring and static ring is increased by 66.25% and 6.18% respectively,and the maximum axial thermal deformation and thermalfluidsolid coupling deformation are both decreased.As the inlet temperature rises,the maximum axial thermal deformation of the moving ring and static ring is increased by 40.79% and 34.90% respectively,and the maximum axial force deformation basically does not change.
