    摘要:

    为选择与聚醚醚酮(PEEK)匹配良好的配副材料以适应干摩擦苛刻工况,利用销盘式摩擦试验机,对PEEK与Si3N4陶瓷、2507不锈钢、6061铝合金配副的干摩擦磨损性能进行研究。结果表明:3种摩擦副的摩擦因数和磨损率均随滑动速度的增大而增大;当PEEK与陶瓷材料配副时摩擦因数最大,PEEK表面犁削效应显著,磨损机制以磨粒磨损和黏着磨损为主;当PEEK与2507不锈钢和6061铝合金配副时,犁削效应有所削弱,摩擦界面发生物质转移并形成黏附层,摩擦表面较为光滑,摩擦因数较低。研究表明,在干摩擦条件下,PEEK与6061铝合金配副在低转速下表现出更好的摩擦磨损性能,PEEK与2057不锈钢配副在高转速下的摩擦学性能更加出色

    Abstract:

    In order to select a good matching material with Polyetheretherketone(PEEK) to adapt to the 〖JP2〗severe dry friction conditions,a pindisk friction tester was used to study on the friction and wear properties of PEEK matching with Si3N4 ceramic,2507 stainless steel and 6061 aluminum.The results show that the friction coefficient and wear rate of the three pairs are increased with the increasing of sliding speed.When the PEEK is matched with ceramic materials,the friction coefficient is the largest and the ploughing effect of PEEK surface is significant,and the wear mechanism is mainly abrasive wear and adhesive wear.When PEEK is matched with 2507 stainless steel and 6061 aluminum alloy,the ploughing effect is weakened,material transfer occurs at the friction interface and an adhesion layer is formed.The friction surface is smooth and the friction coefficient is low.Under dry friction condition,PEEK and 6061 aluminum alloy pair show better tribological properties at low speed,and PEEK and 2057 stainless steel pair has better tribological properties at high speed.
