    摘要:

    针对蓄能电站水轮发电机调速器润滑油在日常检测中破乳化度不合格的问题,对油品相关指标进行检测分析。通过漆膜倾向指数指标的关联性分析,推断油品破乳化指标不合格的原因是其氧化变质产物所致。采用静电滤油机对破乳化度不合格的调速器在用油进行过滤净化,发现过滤后油品的破乳化指标达到标准要求,同时漆膜倾向指数指标也处于正常范围内,这进一步验证了油品破乳化指标不合格是由于其氧化变质产物所致。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problem of excessive demulsification degree in daily inspection of lubricating oil of the hydraulic generator governor in the storage power station,the relevant indicators of oil were tested.Based on the correlation analysis of the varnish tendency index,it is concluded that the reason for the excessive oil demulsification is caused by the oxidation deterioration of oil.An electrostatic oil filter was used to filter the used oil of governor with excessive demulsification degree.It is found that the demulsification index of the used oil after filtration meets the standard requirements,and the film tendency index is also in the normal range,which further verifies that the unqualified demulsification index of the oil is caused by its oxidation products.
