Abstract:The key parameters such as the clearance between crosshead sliding shoe and guide plate, oil supply flow and oil pressure of fracturing pump are mainly adjusted through engineering experience, lacking scientific basis,it is easy to cause guide plate wear and tile burning, seriously affecting the service life of fracturing pump.In view of the above problems,a hydrodynamic system composed of bearing bush, bearing clearance and lubricating oil of a 3500HP fracturing pump was established.Computational fluid dynamics software Fluent was used to analyze the flow field of sliding bearings, and the effects of lubricating oil viscosity, bearing clearance, lubricating oil quantity and lubricating oil pressure on the sliding bearings of the fracturing pumps were investigated. The results show that the deformation and stress of the guide plate will increase with the decrease of the clearance between the sliding shoe and the guide plate, and the optimal clearance of the guide plate is about 0.5 mm.Increasing the oil supply flow will reduce the deformation and stress of the guide plate, and the oil supply flow should not be less than 2.2 L/min.Increasing the oil supply viscosity will increase the deformation and stress of the guide plate, and the smaller the oil supply viscosity within the range of 0.2 Pa·s to 0.4 Pa·s,the better. With the increase of oil supply pressure, the deformation and stress of the guide plate increase significantly. When the oil pressure is greater than 4 MPa,the strain and stress of the guide plate increase exponentially. When the oil supply pressure is 3 MPa,the deformation and stress of the guide plate reach the minimum value.
