    摘要:

    为了提高无石棉垫片的耐老化性能,在无石棉垫片配方中添加一定含量经羟基化改性后的多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs-OH),通过抄取法制备无石棉垫片试样。通过人工老化试验,测试老化前后垫片的压缩率、回弹率及拉伸强度性能,探讨羟基化多壁碳纳米管对无石棉垫片耐老化性能的影响。结果表明:在无石棉垫片配方中加入羟基化多壁碳纳米管可降低垫片试样老化前后的压缩率、回弹率及拉伸强度的变化量;随羟基化多壁碳纳米管质量分数的增大,垫片老化前后各性能变化先降低后增大,当羟基化多壁碳纳米管质量分数为1.2%时,对无石棉垫片的耐老化性提升最明显,且对力学性能有增强作用。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the aging resistance of non-asbestos gaskets,the non-asbestos gaskets was prepared with by beater-addition process by adding hydroxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes.The compression rate,rebound rate and tensile strength of the gaskets before and after aging were tested with artificial aging tests.The effect of hydroxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes on the aging resistance of non-asbestos gaskets was explored.The results show that adding hydroxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes to the non-asbestos gasket formula can reduce the changes in compression,resilience,and tensile strength of the gasket samples before and after aging.As the mass fraction of hydroxylated multi walled carbon nanotubes increases,the performance changes of the gasket before and after aging first decrease and then increase.When the mass fraction of hydroxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes in the gasket formulation is 1.2%,the aging resistance of non-asbestos gaskets is significantly enhanced and there is an enhancement of mechanical properties.
