    摘要:

    水轮发电机组碳刷/集电环装置常因摩擦界面接触问题出现过热、打火等问题,而离子液体在载流情况下具有优异的润滑性能且不会破坏接触面之间的电连续性,可提高机组运行的安全性和可靠性。为进一步探讨离子液体作为碳刷/集电环组件润滑剂的适配性、可靠性以及相关作用机制,选择咪唑类、季膦类、功能化等三大类离子液体,对其载流摩擦条件下的摩擦学性能进行评价。结果表明:功能化离子液体润滑性能最佳,可以最大程度地降低摩擦因数和接触电阻,使其界面接触更加稳定;咪唑类离子液体烷基侧链的长度强烈影响载流界面的润滑性,烷基侧链较长的咪唑类离子液体的摩擦学性能更好;离子液体在载流摩擦条件下的载流和润滑性能与润滑剂的性质及其和磨损表面形成的双层保护复合膜有关,且引入特殊官能的功能化离子液体更易于吸附在碳刷表面形成牢固的润滑膜。研究结果为碳刷-集电环组件润滑介质的选取提供理论依据和技术指导。

    Abstract:

    The carbon brush/collector ring device of the hydro-generator unit often encounter problems such as overheating and sparking due to the contact problem of the friction interface.Ionic liquids have excellent lubricating properties under current-carrying conditions without destroying the electrical continuity between the contact surfaces,it can improve the safety and reliability of the unit’s operation.To further explore the adaptability,reliability and related mechanism of ionic liquids as lubricants for carbon brush/collector ring assemblies,three types of ionic liquids,including imidazoles,quaternary phosphines,and functionalized ionic liquids,were selected in the experiment,and the tribological performance under current-carrying friction conditions were evaluated.The results show that functionalized ionic liquids have the best lubricating performance among the three types of ionic liquids,which can reduce the friction coefficient and contact resistance to the greatest extent,making the interface contact more stable.The length of the alkyl side chain of imidazole ionic liquids strongly affects the lubricity of the current-carrying interface,and imidazole ionic liquids with longer alkyl side chains have better tribological properties.The current-carrying and lubricating properties of ionic liquids under current-carrying friction conditions are related to the properties of the lubricant and the double-layer protective composite film formed on the wear surface,and the functionalized ionic liquids with special functionalities are more easily adsorbed on the surface of carbon brushes to form strong lubricating film.
