    摘要:

    推力锥可抵消斜齿轮啮合所产生的轴向力,简化齿轮箱结构并提高其传动效率,但由于制造和装配等导致的推力锥转子轴线倾斜,严重恶化了推力锥的润滑性能。为探究转子轴线倾斜对推力锥润滑性能的影响以及改善推力锥润滑性能的方法,建立考虑轴线倾斜和锥面局部修形的推力锥点接触热弹流润滑分析模型,研究典型工况条件下轴线倾斜和修形参数对其润滑性能的影响。结果表明:随着转子轴线斜率的增大最小油膜厚度显著降低,锥面两端修圆后最小油膜厚度显著增加,在轴线倾斜较为严重的条件下,锥面修形后的最小油膜厚度增加了150%。通过修形参数的优化分析发现,典型工况条件下推力锥修形宽度占比宜取0.2~0.35,修形深度宜取2~8 μm。研究结果对推力锥的设计和优化具有一定的工程借鉴价值。

    Abstract:

    The thrust cone can offset the axial force generated by helical gear meshing,simplify the gearbox structure and improve the transmission efficiency.However,the inclination of the thrust cone rotor axis caused by manufacturing and assembly seriously deteriorates the lubrication performance of the thrust cone.In order to study the influence of rotor axis inclination on the lubrication performance of thrust cone and the method to improve the lubrication performance of thrust cone,an analytical model of thrust cone point contact thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication considering axis inclination and local modification of cone surface was established.The effects of axis inclination and modification parameters on its lubrication performance under typical working conditions were studied.The results show that with the increase of rotor axis slope,the minimum oil film thickness decreases significantly,and the minimum oil film thickness after rounding at both ends of the cone increases significantly.Under the condition of serious axis inclination,the minimum oil film thickness after cone modification increases by 150%.Through optimization analysis of modification parameters,it is found that the proportion of thrust cone modification width should be 0.2 to 0.35,and the modification depth should be 2 μm to 8 μm under the typical working conditions.This research has certain engineering reference value for the design and optimization of thrust cone.
