    摘要:

    沙尘颗粒在摩擦表面的沉积是其影响摩擦性能的重要因素,而使用沙尘环境模拟装置是开展摩擦、磨损实验的主要手段。设计了一种沙尘环境模拟箱,其由沙箱、鼓风机、沙尘通道、隔板、沙尘沉降室及排风口等组成;运用DPM离散相模型对模拟箱内气-固两相流动进行分析,采用欧拉坐标系SST k-ε 湍流模型计算空气流动,采用拉格朗日随机轨道模型计算沙尘颗粒的流动和沉降。模拟结果表明:当其他条件相同时,风速越大,颗粒在沙尘沉降室内的绕流现象越明显;当气相入口速度相同时,通道隔板通孔直径越大,沉降室内沉积的颗粒质量也越大;而当隔板通孔直径一定时,沉积颗粒的质量受气相入口速度影响较大。制作了沙尘环境模拟箱,对仿真结果进行了实验验证。结果表明:沙尘沉降室内摩擦副所在区域的颗粒沉积量和颗粒质量百分比分布与仿真结果吻合较好,验证了自制沙尘环境模拟箱的可行性和有效性。

    Abstract:

    The deposition of sand particles on the friction surface is one of the important factors affecting the tribological properties of friction surface.The use of sand environment simulator is an important means for tribological experiment.A sand environment simulator was designed,which was composed of sand box,blower,dust channel,partition and dust settlement chamber.The two-phase ( air-particle ) flow was analyzed by using the discrete phase model (DPM).The turbulence model SST k-ω was used to simulate the air flow and the Lagrangian particle random trajectory model was used to simulate the flow and deposition of particles.The simulation results show that when other conditions are constant,the higher the inlet gas velocity,the more obvious the particles flow around the dust settlement chamber.When the inlet gas velocity is constant,the mass of deposited particles increases along with the increase of the through-hole diameter in the partition.When the through-hole diameter in the partition is constant,the mass of the deposited particles is greatly affected by inlet gas velocity.A sand environment simulator was made and the tests were carried out to verify the simulation results.It is found that the dust accumulation and mass percentage distribution of particles in the area of the friction pairs are in good agreement with the simulation results,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the self-made sand environment simulator.
