    摘要:

    润滑是保证空间活动部件性能和寿命的关键,润滑油供给是润滑系统的重要组成部分之一。受限于空间产品结构、体积、质量及不可维修性等制约因素,需要采用结构简单、性能可靠的微量润滑技术。针对空间用微量润滑的服役工况和技术要求,分别研制了空间用微量供油装置样机及配套性能测控系统,并通过供油实验验证其原理正确性及功能有效性;在大气环境、重力条件下对原理验证样机在不同脉冲时长、不同驱动压力和不同油路管径下的供油性能进行测试和评价。设计的微量供油装置以波纹管储油、弹簧储压、微量电磁阀节流的方式进行主动式微量供油,试验表明,该微量供油装置可以实现空间润滑油的微量、多次供给。

    Abstract:

    Lubrication is the key to ensure the performance and life of space moving parts,and lubricating oil supply is one of the most important components of the lubrication system.Limited by the constraints of space product structure,volume,weight and non-repairability,it is necessary to adopt the minimal quantity lubrication technology with simple structure and reliable performance.According to the service conditions and technical requirements of space micro-lubrication,the prototype of space micro-lubrication device and its supporting performance measurement and control system were respectively developed,and the validity of the principle and function was verified through oil supply experiments.Under the condition of gravity,the proof-of-principle prototype was measured for the oil supply under different pulse duration,different driving pressures and different oil pipeline diameters.The designed micro oil supply device uses bellows oil storage,spring pressure storage,and micro electromagnetic valve throttling to carry out active micro oil supply.The experiment shows that the micro oil supply device can achieve micro and multiple supply of space lubricating oil.
