    摘要:

    针对传统机械密封运行阻力大、寿命短和轴向式磁性液体密封适用性差等问题,结合矿山装备旋转部件的高转速、重载荷工况特点,提出一种新型轴-径组合式磁性液体密封结构。对密封结构中关键部件的尺寸参数进行优化;用ANSYS软件对轴-径组合式与单一轴向式密封结构进行磁场特性仿真,并将2种密封结构的密封性能进行对比。结果表明:新型轴-径组合式磁性液体密封的结构设计合理,可有效避免因离心力造成的高速旋转轴密封失效问题,且相比于单一轴向式磁性液体密封结构其耐压能力提高了527%,验证轴-径组合式密封结构的可靠性。

    Abstract:

    In view of the problems of traditional mechanical seal such as large resistance,short life and poor applicability of axial magnetic liquid seal,a new axial and diameter combined magnetic liquid seal structure was designed according to the characteristics of high speed and heavy load of rotating parts of mining equipment.The size parameters of key components in the sealing structure were optimized.The magnetic field characteristics of the combined and single axial seal structures were simulated by ANSYS software,and the sealing performance of the two seal structures was compared.The results show that the structure design of the new axis-diameter combined magnetic liquid seal is reasonable,which can effectively avoid the failure problem of the high-speed rotating shaft seal caused by centrifugal force,and the pressure resistance of the new shaft-diameter combined magnetic liquid seal is increased by 52.7% compared with the single axial magnetic liquid seal structure,which verifies the reliability of axis-diameter combined seal structure.
