    为研究热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)材料软段对液压油缸密封性能的影响,以聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)、聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)、聚己内酯二醇(PCL)、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMEG)、二苯基甲烷-4,4′-二异氰酸酯(MDI)和对苯二酚二羟乙基醚(HQEE)为原料合成一系列热塑性聚氨酯弹性体材料。研究软段类型对TPU材料物理机械性能、摩擦磨损性能、液压油老化性能和密封性能的影响。结果表明:4种软段合成的TPU材料均具有较好的物理力学性能;PBA型TPU材料的耐磨性最好,在液压油润滑条件下的4种软段合成的TPU材料的摩擦因数均为0.05,具有较低的摩擦因数;PCDL型软段合成的TPU材料对液压油介质的耐受性最好,密封性能最佳。PCDL型TPU材料是用于制造液压油缸密封件的理想材料。

    Abstract:

    To study the effect of soft segments of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) material on the sealing performance of hydraulic cylinders,a series of TPU materials were synthesized by polybutylene adipate diol (PBA),polycarbonate diol (PCDL),polycaprolactone diol(PCL),polytetrahydrofuran ether diol (PTMEG),diphenyl methane-4,4′ -diisocyanate (MDI) and hydroquinone dihydroxyethyl ether (HQEE).The effects of soft segment types on physical and mechanical properties,friction and wear properties,hydraulic oil aging properties and sealing properties of TPU materials were studied.The results show that the four kinds of TPU materials synthesized by four soft segments have good physical and mechanical properties.PBA-type TPU material has the best wear resistance,and the friction coefficient of the TPU materials synthesized by four soft segments under the condition of hydraulic oil lubrication is 0.05,indicating a lower friction coefficient.PCDL-type TPU material has the best tolerance to hydraulic oil and sealing performance.PCDL-type TPU material is an ideal material for manufacturing hydraulic cylinder seals.
