    摘要:

    在模拟滑动轴承润滑特性时,现有的CFD仿真方法计算成本高、耗时长,且不适宜于油膜优化设计中的多次迭代调用。提出采用多项式结构选择技术构建风电滑动轴承润滑特性代理模型,该方法通过遗传智能布点技术遗传样本,减少CFD仿真次数;基于误差减小比率筛选对润滑特性影响大的有效项,剔除影响小的无效项,减少多项式项数来提高风电滑动轴承润滑特性多项式代理模型的效率和精度。该模型实现少而精的多项式拟合润滑参数与润滑特性的强非线性映射关系,所需采集的样本数量少于传统的径向基函数代理模型构建方法,且计算误差小于径向基函数代理模型,为复杂非线性建模提供一条新的研究思路和技术途径。

    Abstract:

    When simulating the lubrication characteristics of sliding bearings,the lubrication characteristics simulation based on existing CFD is computationally expensive and time-consuming,and are not suitable for multiple iterations in the optimization design of oil film.Polynomial structure selection technology was proposed to construct the lubrication characteristic surrogate model of wind power sliding bearing.In which,a genetic intelligent distribution technology is proposed to reduce the number of CFD simulations with genetic samples,based on the error reduction ratio,the effective items that have a great influence on the lubrication characteristics are screened,the invalid items with little influence are eliminated,so the number of items is reduced to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the polynomial surrogate model of the lubrication characteristics of wind power sliding bearing.The lubrication characteristic surrogate model realizes the polynomial fitting of the strong nonlinear mapping relationship between lubrication parameters and lubrication characteristics,and the number of samples required to be collected is less than that of the traditional radial basis function surrogate model construction method,which provides a new research idea and technical approach for complex nonlinear modeling.
