    摘要:

    船用水润滑艉轴承衬层的选材十分苛刻,它对轴承实现增载减阻,低噪耐磨的优秀特征起着决定性作用。艉轴承支承承载特性的机制研究异常关键。针对这一方向,开展关于轴承结构对承载力影响的理论分析研究;构建实船用艉轴承动力学模型,分析衬套、下轴瓦和橡胶的结构参数变化规律;讨论橡胶层预留间隙大小对载荷-变形关系的影响,探明接触方式对衬套、下轴瓦和橡胶结构参数的影响作用。研究结果表明:随着橡胶厚度的增加,衬层变形逐渐降低;厚度对变形的影响最大,与顶部挡边距离次之,侧边距离影响最小。研究为水润滑艉轴承的使用和设计提供了工程指导价值。

    Abstract:

    The selection of materials for the liner of water lubricated stern bearing for ships is very demanding.It plays a vital role in achieving excellent features such as increased load,reduced drag,low noise,and wear resistance of the bearings.The mechanical research on the characteristics of stern bearing supporting is extremely crucial.For this problem,theoretical analysis and research was conducted on the influence of bearing structure on bearing capacity.A dynamic model of the stern bearing for real ships was constructed.The laws in structural parameters of bushings,lower bearing shells,and rubber were analyzed.The influence of the reserved gap size of the rubber layer on the load deformation relationship was studied.The influence of contact methods on the structural parameters of bushings,lower bearing shells,and rubber was explored.The research shows that as the thickness of the rubber increases,the deformation of the lining layer gradually decreases.The thickness has the greatest impact on deformation,followed by the distance from the top edge,and the distance from the side edge has the smallest impact.The research provides engineering guidance value for the use and design of water lubricated stern bearings.
