    摘要:

    准确快速计算干气密封端面摩擦功耗有利于干气密封的设计、操作和运行监控。端面摩擦力矩与旋转角速度的乘积即为端面摩擦功耗。提出当量间隙概念,它基于间隙等体积的思想,即当量间隙构成的体积等于实际间隙构成的体积。依据当量间隙,直接利用牛顿剪切定律获得端面开槽机械密封端面摩擦力矩的计算公式,并以螺旋槽干气密封为例,与Muijderman公式、Gabriel公式和Sedy公式的计算结果进行对比分析。结果表明,该方法比Sedy的方法更接近实际,且随着工作膜厚的增加,误差明显减小。在干气密封常见工作膜厚3 ~5 μm范围内,该方法具有足够的计算精度。

    Abstract:

    Accurate and rapid calculation of the friction power consumption of dry gas seal is conducive to the design,operation and performance monitoring of dry gas sealThe interfacial frictional torque times the rotational angular velocity is the friction power consumptionThe concept of equivalent clearance was presented based on the idea of equal volume of the clearanceIt means the volume of equivalent clearance equals the volume of actual clearanceAccording to equivalent clearance,the calculation formula of the interfacial frictional torque of the mechanical seals with grooved faces was obtained by using Newtons law of shear directlyTaking spiral groove dry gas seal as an example,the calculation result of this formula was compared with that of Muijdermans formula,Gabriels formula and Sedys formulaThe results show that the proposed calculation method proposed is more accurate than the Sedys method and the deviation of this method is decreased significantly with the increasing of operating thicknessIn the common range of 3μm to 5μm of operating thickness of dry gas seal,the proposed calculation method has sufficient accuracy.
