In order to solve the problem of oil leakage,the label horizontal pushing device in the ZB45 cigarette packer was improved through the analysis of the oil leakage causes,and the oil leakage problem of the label horizontal pushing device was successfully resolved by changing the integral base into the split type,replacing the single oil seal with the double oil seal and increasing oil return hole diameter.The results for continuous operation one year show that the problem of oil leakage is solved for the improved pushing device,and the life of the oil seal and the output shaft is prolonged.
