By taking the XYZ type of thin oil station as an example,aimed at the current situation of thin oil station of design and calculation problems of relying mainly on a lot of looking up table,process tedious,and lower efficiency,a type of thin oil station of design system was developed based on the Visual Basic platform,which could realize the calculation of important parameters and the selection of the principle components by the computer system.The system mainly includeds the calculation of important parameters of the thin oil station,such as filtering area and pressure drop of the filer,thermal dissipation area and pressure drop of cooling device,pressure drop of pipe system,and the selection of main components,such as pump and motor,filter and cooler,as well as the database management and general summary of main parameters of thin oil station.The design system of thin oil station provides the methods for the development of the customized lubrication system.
