Abstract:In order to achieve T-groove dry gas seal of fluid-solid coupling analysis and optimization design of parametric structure of T-groove, ANSYS workbench software was firstly used to analyze the T-groove dry gas seal flow field. The open force was calculated and stress distribution map was analyzed. When analyzed by the ANSYS workbench software, specific meshing method was used to produce the good quality of grid to ensure the accuracy of the calculation, and the calculated results were basically consistent with the literature results. The analysis results show that T-groove dry gas seal can effectively block the leakage of sealing medium channel, and achieve zero leakage of sealing medium or zero escape.
