    摘要:

    通过测定不同水分含量的样品在不同温度下的运动黏度,研究水-乙二醇型难燃液压液的黏度影响因素,分析水分含量和温度变化对黏度的影响;建立温度变化与黏度之间幂函数模型、水分含量与黏度之间二项式模型和指数模型及水分含量、温度和黏度三者之间的关系模型,并对这些模型进行检验。结果表明:水分含量和温度变化对黏度的影响较大;建立的模型对数据拟合较好、显著性高,可以用来描述水-乙二醇型难燃液压液的温度-黏度关系、水分含量-黏度关系及水分含量-温度-黏度关系。

    Abstract:

    According to the kinematic viscosity of waterglycol fireresistant hydraulic fluids with different water contents measured at different temperature,the influential factors on the viscosity of waterglycol fireresistant hydraulic fluids were studied.The influence of water content and temperature on viscosity was analyzed.The power function model of temperature and viscosity,the binomial model and exponential model of water content and viscosity,and the model of water content,temperature and viscosity were established and tested.The results show that water content and temperature have a great influence on viscosity.Models established significantly fit the data well,which can be used to describe the temperatureviscosity relation,water contentviscosity relation,and water contenttemperatureviscosity relation for waterglycol fireresistant hydraulic fluids.
