    摘要:

    以高纯度、高浓度的纳米铜悬浊液为基体,添加适量的其他纳米颗粒,以环氧树脂作为主要黏结剂,制备一种纳米铜/PTFE复合纳米减摩涂料。将该涂料涂覆在P110接箍的磷化层表面,在摩擦磨损试验机上考察其在不同载荷下的减摩性能,并通过P110长圆螺纹套管全尺寸上卸扣试验考察其抗黏扣性能。结果表明,该涂料具有高渗透性,其可渗入磷化层内部,固化后即与磷化层形成一层牢固的减摩纳米复合铜质金属层,起到类似于镀铜和纳米滚珠的复合减摩效果;该涂料能大大降低套管螺纹的上扣扭矩,从而可有效地改善甚至消除高钢级油套管磷化接箍黏扣的发生。

    Abstract:

    Composite nanocopper/PTFE friction reducing coating was prepared by adding some suitable amount of nanoparticles in a highpurified and highlyconcentrated nanocopper suspension,with epoxy resin as a binder.By coating to the phosphate layer surface of the P110 coupling,the friction reducing performance of the coating was investigated on a friction and wear tester,and its galling performance was investigated by full scale makeandbreak tests of P110 long round thread casing.The results show that the highly permeable coating can penetrate into the phosphate layer to form a layer of firmly attached antifriction nanoparticles composite copper after curing.The layer is acted as the composite friction reducing effect similar of copper plate and nano ball,which can greatly reduce the makeup torque of casing thread,thereby can effectively improve or even eliminate galling of the high grade material oil casing.
