    摘要:

    建立某高速齿轮啮合对喷油润滑模型,并通过实验验证模型的正确性。对高速齿轮啮合喷油润滑进行仿真分析,研究喷油系统参数如喷油角度、喷油点和喷油流量对喷油润滑效果的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内,增大偏向小齿轮的喷油角度,有助于润滑油喷入大齿轮齿槽中,并随着齿轮的转动进入啮合区,改善齿轮的润滑效果;采用啮出侧喷油时润滑油会被啮出点的高速气流吹散,无法进入齿轮啮合区,因此高速齿轮宜采用啮入侧喷油;增大喷油流量能够增强润滑油抵御齿轮边缘高速气流影响的能力,改善润滑油在啮合区中的“偏侧”现象;增大喷油流量也能提升齿面油液体积分数,改善齿轮润滑状况。

    Abstract:

    The oil spray lubrication model of a high speed meshing gear system was established and verified through experiments.The simulation analysis of highspeed gear meshing oil spray lubrication was carried out,and the effects of injection system parameters such as spray angle,spray position and injection flow rate on the oil spray lubrication effect were studied.The results show that in a certain range,increasing the spray angle that leans to the small gear is helpful to the oil to inject the tooth space of large gear and then enter the meshing area along with the rotation of the gears,so as to improve the lubrication effect of the gears.When setting the engaging out area as the spay position,the oil will be blew off by the high speed contraflow and unable to enter the meshing area of the gears.Therefor,setting the engaging in area as the spay position is fit for high speed gear transmission.Increasing the injection flow rate can improve the oil’s ability of resisting the high speed airflow and mitigate the deflection of the oil streamline.Increasing the injection flow rate can also improve the oil volume fraction on the gears’ meshing faces and finally improve the lubrication condition of the gear meshing.
