Abstract:In order to study the effect of microtexture on flow factors on rough surface under mixed lubrication conditions,geometric models of different surface texture parameters were established on the basis of Gaussian random rough surfaces with different surface orientation.By numerically solving the Reynolds equation,the effects of the surface texture density and depthwidth ratio on pressure flow factor and shear flow factor were studied.The results show that the pressure flow factor and the shear flow factor are increased with the increase of surface texture density and depthwidth ratio.As the depthwidth ratio increases,the magnitude of the increase of the pressure flow factor is decreased.Under isotropic,transverse and longitudinal orientation surfaces,the influence of surface texture density and depthwidth ratio on pressure flow factor and shear flow factor is approximately the same.
