    摘要:

    为进一步提升空气静压轴承的承载性能,提出一种具有多孔集成节流器的空气静压轴承。在极坐标系下推导空气静压轴承的控制方程并运用有限差分法进行数值离散,运用超松弛数值迭代方法对空气静压轴承的气膜压力和承载力进行数值求解。结果表明:空气静压轴承气膜内的压力分布随着轴承间隙的增大而减小,空气静压轴承承载力随着轴承间隙的减小逐渐增大;随着多孔集成节流器的节流孔数量的增加其最大承载力逐渐增大,但当节流孔数量增大到一定程度后,最大承载力增加不明显;在节流孔边缘外处会产生气旋现象,气旋和气体流速随着轴承间隙的减小而减小。

    Abstract:

    In order to further improve the bearing performance of aerostatic bearings,an aerostatic bearing with multihole integrated restrictor was proposed.The governing equations of aerostatic bearing were derived and discretized by finite difference method in polar coordinates,and the film pressure and loadbearing performance of aerostatic bearings were solved numerically by the overrelaxation numerical iteration method.The results show that the gas film pressure distribution of the aerostatic bearing is decreased with the increase of bearing clearance,and the bearing capacity of aerostatic bearing is increased gradually with the decrease of bearing clearance.With the increase of the number of the orifices,the maximum bearing capacity of aerostatic bearing is increased gradually,but the increase is not obvious when the number of orifices increases to a certain extent.Cyclone phenomena will occur outside the edge of the throttle orifice,and the cyclone and gas flow velocity are decreases with the decrease of bearing clearance.
