    摘要:

    针对某船舶艉管异常发热的故障,分析该船舶的故障背景,对艉管的新油和在用油样品进行理化指标、光谱元素、红外光谱和铁谱磨粒分析,发现该艉管存在油品混用的情况,且艉管的轴瓦磨损严重。根据最小油膜厚度公式的计算结果,发现磨损颗粒的尺寸大大超过了艉管的润滑油膜厚度,因而造成了艉管的急剧磨损。综合分析得出,混油引起润滑油性能下降而造成轴瓦的严重磨损,是造成轴瓦异常发热的根本原因。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the failure of abnormal heat generation in a ships stern tube,the fault background of the ship was analyzed.Through the physical and chemical index analysis,spectral element analysis,infrared spectrum analysis,and ferrography abrasive analysis of the new oil and used oil samples of the ships stern tube,it is found that the lubricating oil of the stern tube is mixed with other oil,and the bearing of the stern tube is seriously worn.According to the calculation results of the minimum oil film thickness formula,it is found that the size of the wear particles greatly exceeds the thickness of the lubricating oil film of the stern tube,resulting in the sharp wear of the stern tube.The comprehensive analysis shows that the mixed oil causes the poor performance of the lubricating oil,resulting in the serious wear of the bearing bush,which is the main cause of the abnormal heating of the bearing bush.
