    摘要:

    为探讨不同形状微孔搭配排布对机械密封性能的影响,基于Reynolds方程和JFO空化边界条件,采用有限体积法建立密封间隙流体的数值计算模型;选用圆形孔、椭圆形孔和等腰三角形孔任意搭配,得到27个模型,并计算不同压差、转速下各模型的开启力和泄漏率;对数据做归一化处理后绘制密封性能参数分布图。结果表明:模型中圆形孔数目越少,越靠近外径边界,模型的泄漏率越低,开启力越大;当压差为0时,密封性能参数呈现为区域性集中分布,此现象受动压效应和静压二者共同影响,压差越小,转速越大,越易产生。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the influence of micropores collocation with different shapes on sealing performance,a discrete model of seal clearance fluid was developed by finite volume method based on the Reynolds equation and JFO cavitation boundary condition.27 models were obtained by randomly collocating the micropores of three shapes,i.e.,circle,ellipse and isosceles triangle micropores,and the opening forces and leakage rates of each model under different pressure difference and rotating speed were calculated.The sealing performance parameters distribution diagrams were mapped by the normalized opening force and leakage rate data.The results show that the leakage rate is lower and opening force is higher when the number of circular micropore is smaller and the circular micropores are closer to the outer diameter in the model.The sealing performance parameters appears regionalized and centralized distribution when the pressure difference is 0.This phenomenon is influenced by hydrodynamic effect and hydrostatic pressure,and it is easier to appear under lower pressure difference and higher rotating speed.
