    摘要:

    对制备的不同丙烯腈含量的丁腈橡胶试样进行静态浸泡试验,并对溶胀前后的丁腈橡胶试样进行干摩擦条件下的单向滑动磨损试验,分析试样磨损后的表面形貌,揭示溶胀对干摩擦磨损的影响机制。结果表明:溶胀后丁腈橡胶的磨损量增加,受溶胀的影响程度随溶胀时间的增加而增加,随丙烯腈含量的增加而降低;溶胀试验后丁腈橡胶样品在摩擦热的作用下软化现象加剧;随着溶胀时间的增加,磨损形式由剪切撕裂向黏着磨损转变,易切削效应时间和黏着程度随丙烯腈含量的增加而降低;溶胀后丁腈橡胶试样磨损表面可见大量孔洞,而对磨副摩擦轮表面可见转移的橡胶组织,且与溶胀后橡胶样品对磨时摩擦轮表面橡胶组织黏着面积增加。

    Abstract:

    The timebased static immersion tests of the prepared nitrile rubber(NBR) samples with different acrylonitrile content were carried out.The unidirectional sliding wear tests of the NBR samples before and after swollen were performed by the MPV600 ringonblock wear tester under dry friction conditions.The wear surface morphologies of the NBR samples before and after swollen were analyzed,and the effect of swelling on wear behavior of NBR samples under dry friction conditions was discussed.The results show that the wear loss of the NBR samples is increased after the swelling tests,and the swelling influence degree is increased with the increase of swelling time,and decreased with the increase of the acrylonitrile content.After swelling,the soften phenomenon of the NBR samples under the action of friction heat intensified,and the wear form changes from shear tear to adhesive wear with the increase of the swelling time.The easier cutting effect time and the degree of adhesion are decreased with the increase of acrylonitrile content.A large number of holes can be clearly seen on the wear surface of the swollen samples and the rubber material is visible on the friction wheel surface of the grinding pair,and the adhesion area of the rubber material on the surface of friction wheel is increased when rubbing with swollen samples.
