    选用表面没有微凹坑的铸铁缸套和表面加工有微凹坑的铸铁缸套,分别与Cu-Sn/Cr多镀层活塞环配对,采用往复式摩擦磨损试验机进行摩擦磨损试验,通过测量配对副的摩擦因数和磨损量和分析试样磨损前后表面形貌和成分,探讨高强化工况下铸铁缸套表面微凹坑对Cu-Sn/Cr多镀层活塞环摩擦性能影响。结果表明:表面有微凹坑的缸套与Cu-Sn/Cr多镀层活塞环配对时的摩擦因数、缸套磨损量、活塞环磨损量比表面没有微凹坑缸套的配对副分别低4.05%、52.25%、8.50%;缸套表面的微凹坑能够为从活塞环表面脱落的Cu-Sn镀层提供镶嵌点,使Cu-Sn镀层起到二次润滑的作用,延长了其作用寿命,减小了配对副的摩擦因数和磨损量。

    Abstract:

    The cast iron cylinder liners without microhole and the cast iron cylinder liners with microhole were selected and paired with Cu-Sn/Cr coating piston rings respectively.The friction and wear tests were carried out on a reciprocating friction and wear tester.The effect of microhole on the surface of cast iron cylinder liner on the friction performance of Cu-Sn/Cr coating piston ring under heavy duty conditions was investigated by measuring the friction coefficient and wear loss of the matching pairs and analyzing the surface morphology and chemical elements before and after wear.Results show that compared with cylinder liners without microhole,the cylinder liner with microhole can reduced the friction coefficient of the matching pairs,the piston ring wear loss and the cylinder liner wear loss by 405%,5225% and 850% respectively.The microhole on the surface of the cylinder liner can provide embedded points for the Cu-Sn coating that falling off the surface of the piston ring,so that the Cu-Sn coating can play a role of secondary lubrication,which prolongs the service life of Cu-Sn coating,and reduces the friction coefficient and wear loss of the matching pairs.
