    摘要:

    针对某型发动机燃油增压泵机械密封组件石墨环断裂以及增压泵漏油口“冒白烟故障”,进行故障排查、原因分析和试验验证,发现石墨环断裂的根本原因是滑油管路三通管接头节流嘴拧入过深造成引射作用,导致增压泵的滑油供油量减少甚至出现中断,进而导致机械密封组件在高转速干摩擦下出现异常高温,造成石墨环受到静环座异常径向热膨胀力进而断裂;机械密封组件失效后,发动机滑油系统内部油气泄漏,出现“冒白烟”故障。针对滑油供给问题,提出改进发附机匣节流嘴位置的措施,经过流量试验和整机试车验证及大量改进产品的验证,证明了改进措施的有效性。

    Abstract:

    In view of the graphite ring fracture of the mechanical seal component of the fuel booster pump and the discharge fault of “white smoke” in the oil leakage port of the booster pump of an engine,the troubleshooting,cause analysis and experimental verification were carried out.It is found that the throttle nozzle in the tee pipe coupling is screwed in too deep,which forms an ejection phenomenon.As a result,the lubricating oil supply of booster pump is reduced or even interrupted,which leads to abnormal high temperature of mechanical seal components under high speed and dry friction,resulting in graphite ring fracture due to abnormal radial thermal expansion force of static ring seat.After the failure of the mechanical seal components,the leakage of the mixture oil and gas of the engine lubricating oil system results in the discharge fault of “white smoke”.Aiming at the problem of oil supply,the measure to optimize the position of the throttle nozzle was proposed.Through the flow test,the whole machine test and the verification of a large number of applications,the effectiveness of the measure is proved.
