    摘要:

    新灰色预测 NGM(1,1,K)模型存在定义型与白化型不匹配问题。为消除因不匹配问题而引起的固有偏差,提出内涵型 NGM(1,1,K) 灰色预测模型,并给出该模型的预测公式。将该模型用于某型挖掘机液压系统油液光谱分析元素浓度值的拟合与预测,得到较高的精度。预测值结合光谱分析元素浓度值的阈值,可以有效预测液压系统未来运行状态,做到主动维护,保障液压系统可靠运行。

    Abstract:

    The new gray prediction NGM (1,1,K) model has a problem of mismatch between the defined type and the white type.In order to eliminate the inherent deviation caused by the mismatch problem,an extended NGM (1,1,K) model was proposed,and the prediction formula of the model was given.The model was used in the fitting and prediction of the elemental concentration value of the spectral analysis of the hydraulic system in a certain type of excavator,and a high accuracy was obtained.The predicted value combined with the threshold value of the spectral analysis element concentration value can effectively predict the future operating state of the hydraulic system,achieve active maintenance,and ensure the reliable operation of the hydraulic system.
