    摘要:

    为探究齿轮振动时油膜的动态特性,考虑齿轮时变啮合刚度的激励作用,基于动力学理论,建立齿轮系统动力学模型,分析齿轮系统的弹流润滑特性;同时,基于弹流润滑数值解,建立油膜的刚度模型,进行不同转速下齿轮动力学与油膜润滑的耦合研究。研究表明:基于动力学模型进行弹流润滑的求解时,油膜厚度表现出一定的动态特性,且不同齿轮转速下的振幅和振动频率不同;随着齿轮转速的增大,油膜的刚度减小,对于高速重载的齿轮系统,油膜润滑对其振动特性有较大的影响,应当将齿轮振动与油膜润滑视为整体进行研究。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the dynamic characteristics of the oil film under vibration,considering the excitation effect of the timevarying meshing stiffness of the gear,based on the dynamics theory,the dynamic model of the gear system was established,and the elastohydrodynamic lubrication(EHL) characteristics of the gear system were analyzed.Based on the numerical solution of EHL,the stiffness model of the oil film was established to carry out the coupling study of gear dynamics and oil film lubrication at different rotating speeds.The results show that when the dynamic model is used to solve the EHL,the oil film thickness shows certain dynamic characteristics,and the vibration amplitude and vibration frequency are different under different gear speeds.As the gear speed increases,the stiffness of the oil film is decreased.For highspeed and heavyduty gear systems,oil film lubrication has a great influence on the vibration characteristics of the gear system.The vibration of the gear and the oil film lubrication should be considered as a whole.
