    摘要:

    为提升锥面管接头密封性能,满足日益复杂的气液密性性能的要求,以堵头为例探究决定锥面密封密封性能的主要因素,并讨论堵头和管接头2种常见锥面密封密封性能的差异。采用有限元数值模拟的方法探究结构参数对锥面管接头密封性能的影响,并通过实验进行验证。结果表明:锥面密封系统在装配过程中会在垫片处形成三处明显的塑性区,其整体的密封性能主要受这三处的接触应力和接触面宽影响;堵头相较于管接头具有更好的密封可靠性;减小倒角半径以及增加配合内锥角差可提升局部区域的接触应力,而减小接触面积能更为有效地提升整体密封性能。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the sealing performance of conical pipeline joint seals so as to meet the requirements of gas or liquid tightness performance,the main factors that determine the sealing performance of conical seal were explored by taking the plug as an example.The difference of sealing performance between plug and pipe joint seals was analyzed.The effects of the structural parameters on the sealing performance of conical pipeline joint seals were explored with the help of the finite element method,and the results were validated with the experiments.The results show that,during the assembly process,three obvious plastic zones are formed in the gasket of the conical sealing system,and the overall sealing performance is mainly affected by the contact stress and contact surface width of the three zones.The plug seal has better sealing performance than the pipeline joint seal.The local contact stress can be improved by reducing the chamfering radius and increasing he difference between the inner cone angles,while the overall sealing performance can be improved more effectively by reducing the contact area.
