    摘要:

    滑动轴承高速旋转时,润滑油难免会产生气泡,由于滑动轴承加工精度的限制,圆度误差的存在也是难免的,因此综合考虑两者对滑动轴承润滑静特性的影响很有必要。将考虑轴颈和轴瓦圆度误差和考虑气穴黏度和密度变化的方程联立,得到考虑气穴和圆度误差影响的耦合雷诺方程;通过迭代求解雷诺方程,分析气穴和圆度误差对滑动轴承润滑静特性参数的影响。结果表明:圆度误差对最大油膜压力和承载力的影响大于气穴,而气穴对端泄流量的影响大于圆度误差;偏心率较小时圆度误差对摩擦功耗的影响大于气穴,偏心率较大时气穴对摩擦功耗的影响大于圆度误差;气穴使得最大油膜压力、端泄流量、承载力和摩擦功耗增加,圆度误差对油膜压力、承载力、摩擦功耗等静态参数影响较大,对端泄流量几乎无影响。

    Abstract:

    When the sliding bearing rotates at high speed,the lubricating oil will inevitably produce bubbles.Due to the limitation of the machining accuracy of the sliding bearing,the existence of roundness error is also inevitable.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the influence of cavitation and roundness error on the static lubrication characteristics of sliding bearing.The coupled Reynolds equation considering the influence of the roundness error and cavitation was obtained by combining the equations considering the roundness error of journal and bush and the variation of cavitation viscosity and density.The influence of cavitation and roundness error on the static characteristic parameters of journal bearing was analyzed by iteratively solving Reynolds equation.The results show that the influence of roundness error on maximum oil film pressure and bearing capacity is greater than that of cavitation,and the influence of cavitation on end discharge is greater than that of roundness error.The influence of roundness error on friction power consumption is greater than that of cavitation when eccentricity is small,and the influence of cavitation on friction power consumption is greater than that of roundness error when eccentricity is large.Cavitation increases the maximum film pressure,end discharge,bearing capacity and friction power consumption.The roundness error has a great influence on the oil film pressure,bearing capacity and friction power consumption,but has less influence on the end discharge.
