    通过建立自紧式开口静态封严密封环的二维ABAQUS模型,利用控制变量的方法,研究侧壁厚、底壁厚及凸台直径等主要结构参数对自紧式开口静态封严密封环最大Mises应力、最大位移以及回弹率等的影响,得到的自紧式开口静态封严密封环各参数的最优取值范围。研究结果表明,侧壁厚对最大位移与最大Mises应力有很大的影响,底壁厚和倾斜角对密封环的回弹率作用明显。针对金属密封环不易压缩、预紧力大、在振动工况下易于疲劳泄漏等缺点,在现有的金属U形环及金属V形环的基础上进行优化设计,并通过试验进行验证。结果表明,优化后的封严密封环侧壁与底壁回转连接处应力强度明显下降,且密封环上的应力分布更为均匀;在相同的压缩量下,优化后的密封环位移数值更小,更有利于阻止密封结构的泄漏。

    Abstract:

    By establishing a twodimensional ABAQUS model of a selftightening static seal ring,using control variables,the influence of main structural parameters,such as sidewall thickness,bottom wall thickness and boss radius on maximum Mises stress and maximum displacement,compression rebound rate of the selftightening static seal ring were studied,and the optimal value range of each parameter of the selftightening open static sealing ring was obtained.The results show that the thickness of the side wall has a great influence on the maximum displacement and the maximum Mises stress,and the thickness of the bottom wall and the inclination angle have a significant effect on the rebound rate of the seal ring.In view of the shortcomings of the metal sealing ring is not easy to compress,the pretightening force is large,and the fatigue and leakage is easy to appear under the vibration condition,the optimized design was carried out on the basis of the existing metal U-shaped ring and metal V-shaped ring,and the optimized result was verified by test.The results show that the stress intensity of the rotary joint between the side wall and the bottom wall of the optimized sealing ring decreases obviously,and the stress distribution on the sealing ring is more uniform.Under the same compression,the displacement value of the optimized seal ring is smaller,which is more conducive to prevent the leakage of the seal structure.
