    摘要:

    内浮顶油罐中浮盘与罐壁之间的密封结构对降低油罐的油气损耗至关重要。以一台大型内浮顶油罐为研究对象,基于RNG k-ε 理论建立该内浮顶油罐油气泄漏控制方程,采用Gambit软件建立该油罐油气泄漏计算二维模型,并应用CFD数值模拟方法对该油罐迷宫密封结构进行优化,研究该油罐迷宫密封齿高、齿宽及齿隙对油气泄漏率的影响。模拟结果表明,随着齿高、齿宽及齿隙增加,油气泄漏率均呈先降低后上升趋势;当齿高为2 mm,齿宽为2.9 mm,齿隙为0.6 mm时,油气泄漏率达到最低,该油罐迷宫密封性能达到最佳。

    Abstract:

    The sealing structure between floating plate and tank wall in an oil storage tank with inner floating roof is critical to reducing oil vapor loss of the tank.A large oil storage tank with internal floating roof was selected and studied.Based on RNG k-ε theory,governing equations of oil vapor leakage in the floating roof tank were established,and a twodimensional model for oil vapor leakage evaluation in the floating roof tank was built using the Gambit software.The CFD numerical simulation method was used to optimize the labyrinth seal structure of the tank.The effects of the labyrinth seal tooth height,the tooth width and the tooth gap on the oil vapor loss were studied.The simulated results show that the oil vapor leakage is initially decreased and then increased with the increase of the tooth height,tooth width and tooth gap.When the tooth height is 2 mm,the tooth width is 2.9 mm,and the tooth gap is 0.6 mm,there are low oil vapor leakage,and good performance of the labyrinth seal in the tank.
