    摘要:

    对近年来阀门密封性能的理论研究、数值模拟以及实验研究进行总结,主要侧重密封机制研究。总结的密封性能主要研究内容包括:从阀门密封的接触机制方面分析密封比压、微通道泄漏率以及热固耦合;从长期运行下阀门密封损伤角度分析阀门密封的汽蚀、冲蚀、磨损、腐蚀等损伤。对阀门密封性能研究的发展方向进行展望:完善阀门密封接触理论以及泄漏预测理论;强化高参数工况下阀门密封的热固耦合计算;基于多种方法开展密封损伤因素的耦合研究;推动高性能密封材料的研发。

    Abstract:

    The recent theoretical research,numerical simulation and experimental research of valve sealing performance were summarized,which focuses on the sealing mechanism.The main research contents of sealing performance were summarized as follows:sealing specific pressure,microchannel leakage rate and thermal solid coupling analysis from the contact mechanism of valve seal;cavitation,erosion,wear and corrosion of valve seal from the perspective of valve seal damage under longterm operation.The development directions of valve sealing performance research are as follow:perfecting the valve sealing contact theory and leakage prediction theory;strengthening the thermal solid coupling calculation of valve seal under high parameters condition;studying the sealing damage of multiple factors based on various methods;promoting the research and development of highperformance sealing materials.
