The development of the rolling process and the increasing quality requirements of the market for rolling stainless steel strips have led to the stricter requirements for the performance of rolling oil.On the basis of the previous report on the formulation of a new kind of stainless steel rolling oil,the volatility,cooling,permeability and annealing cleanliness of the developed high performance cold rolling oil for stainless steel were studied,and the field application effect was investigated.The results show that the developed rolling oil product has low volatility,good cooling,excellent permeability and annealing cleanliness.The performance indicators are close to or better than the imported similar products,which can completely replace the imported rolling oil.
