    摘要:

    建立双唇Y形拉杆封的混合润滑模型,并进行流体力学、接触力学、变形力学分析。利用MatLab软件实现对模型的求解,得到密封区域的流量、膜厚和接触压力分布,并分析不同密封件粗糙度对轴向往复双唇Y形密封圈的摩擦力矩、泄漏量的影响。结果表明:在双唇Y形往复密封中,两唇在密封过程中均处于混合润滑状态,且第一内唇处的膜厚大于第二内唇处;第二内唇静态接触压力近似于对称分布,且第二内唇最大接触压力大于第一内唇最大接触压力,表明第二内唇作为密封的第二道防线可以保证良好的密封效果;密封件粗糙度是影响矩形密封性能的重要因素,随表面粗糙度的增加,直线往复密封的摩擦力和泄漏量增大,存在一个临界粗糙度使泄漏方向改变。

    Abstract:

    The mixed lubrication model of double lip Y-type tie rod seal was established,and the analysis of hydrodynamics,contact mechanics and deformation mechanics was carried out.MatLab software was used to solve the model,and the flow rate,film thickness and contact pressure distribution in the sealing area were obtained.The influence of seal different surface roughness on friction torque and leakage of axial reciprocating double lip Y-shaped seal ring was analyzed.The results show that both lips of the double lip Y-type reciprocating seal are in mixed lubrication state during the sealing process,and the film thickness of the first inner lip is larger than that of the second inner lip.The static contact pressure distribution of the second inner lip is approximately symmetrical,and the maximum contact pressure of the second inner lip is greater than that of the first inner lip,which shows that the second inner lip as the second line of defense for sealing can ensure good sealing effect.The roughness of seal is an important factor affecting the sealing performance,with the increase of surface roughness,the friction force and leakage volume of the linear reciprocating seal increase,and there is a critical roughness that changes the leakage direction.
