    摘要:

    提出采用阻尼环车轮来抑制地铁钢轨波磨现象的发生和延长轮轨使用寿命。基于小半径曲线轮对饱和蠕滑力引起摩擦自激振动产生波磨理论,使用有限元软件ABAQUS建立阻尼环、导向轮对、钢轨、轨枕三维有限元模型。采用复特征值方法研究有无阻尼环、阻尼环阻尼系数(β)、阻尼环安装位置以及单侧阻尼环宽度D对钢轨波磨的影响。结果表明:阻尼环车轮能有效抑制波磨产生;随着β的数量级增加,阻尼环抑制波磨能力加强,当β=1×10-3时,能完全抑制波磨;阻尼环安装位置对波磨抑制能力没有明显影响;阻尼环安装在轴侧时,其宽度变化对波磨抑制能力没有明显影响,而阻尼环安装在外侧时,随阻尼环宽度的增加其对波磨抑制能力呈先增大后减小的趋势,即存在最优宽度,使得阻尼环车轮的波磨抑制能力最佳。

    Abstract:

    The damping ring wheel was proposed to suppress the occurrence of rail corrugation and extend the service life of rails and wheels.The threedimensional finite element models consisting of damping ring,wheelset,rail and sleepers were established based on the theory of corrugations generated by frictional selfexcited vibration caused by saturated creep force in small radius curved track.The complex eigenvalue method was used to study the influence of damping ring,damping coefficient,installation position of damping ring and width of singleside damping ring on rail corrugation.The results show that the wheel with damping ring can effectively suppress the generation of corrugation and the ability of damping ring to suppress the rail corrugation is increased with the increase of damping coefficient.The rail corrugation can be completely eliminated when damping coefficient is larger than 1×10-3.The installation position of the damping ring has no obvious influence on the ability of suppressing corrugation.When the damping ring is installed on the shaft side,the width variation of the damping ring has no obvious influence on the ability of suppressing corrugation.When the damping ring is installed on the outer side,with the increase of the width of the damping ring,the ability of suppressing corrugation of the damping ring wheel is first increased and then decreased,that is,there is an optimal damping ring width,which makes the ability of suppressing corrugation of the damping ring wheel the best.
