    摘要:

    金属衬背型自润滑复合材料通过复合一层金属基底,使材料具备了机械性能强、润滑性能好、可靠性高的特点,从最早应用于航天航空发展至现今于各民用领域的广泛应用。综述近年来国内外金属衬背型自润滑复合材料组分构成,即金属衬背与润滑填料的种类与作用,认为应选择研究综合性能更优、温度适用范围更广的金属衬背,且应加强多填料混合摩擦机制研究;比较金属衬背型自润滑复合材料的制备工艺各自的优缺点,即黏接处理、激光熔覆与微弧氧化,认为制备工艺需进一步改进以提升复合材料摩擦学性能、结合强度、材料可靠性等以适应更高的使用要求,同时也应关注新兴制备工艺的研究开发;介绍金属衬背型自润滑复合材料的摩擦磨损机制研究,认为未来需对润滑层失效机制进行深入研究,并需结合金属衬背与环境等因素对材料摩擦学性能造成的影响进行分析。

    Abstract:

    The metalbacked selflubricating composite is compounded with a metal substrate,which ensures the composite owns supreme mechanical,lubrication and reliability performance.While the application has been developed from aerospace to the various civil application fields.The major composition of the composite is firstly summarized,including the types and functions of metal backing and lubricating fillers,considering the metal backing with better comprehensive and wider temperature range should be selected,and the multifiller mixed friction mechanism should also be studied.Then the advantages and disadvantages of the preparation processes for the composite are introduced and compared,including the adhesivejoint,laser cladding and microarc oxidation treatment.It is considered that the preparation process needs further study in order to improve the tribological performance,bonding strength,composites reliability,etc.which helps the composite to meet higher application requirements.Attention should also be paid to the development of emerging manufacturing processes.Finally,the friction and wear mechanism of composite is introduced,indepth study on the failure mechanism of the lubricating layer is needed in the future,and the influence of metal backing and environment on the tribological properties of composite also needs to be analyzed.
