    摘要:

    采用Rtec摩擦磨损试验机模拟不同温度、载荷和转速等工况,研究轴向柱塞泵滑靴副在高温下干滑动的摩擦学规律。通过试验测得的摩擦因数、磨损体积和借助白光干涉三维表面轮廓仪所测得的表面形貌以及磨痕截面曲线,分析其润滑行为及摩擦磨损规律。结果表明:高温下滑靴副的摩擦因数随温度和转速的增大逐渐减小,随载荷的增大而增大;磨损体积随温度的升高先增大后减小,随载荷的增大逐渐增大,随转速的增大先减小后增大;温度和载荷对高温下磨痕的深度影响显著,转速对磨痕的深度和宽度都有影响。研究表明:在高温条件下,在温度为300 ℃、载荷为50 N、转速为75 r/min工况下滑靴副的减摩抗磨效果最好。

    Abstract:

    The tribological law of dry sliding of slipper pair in axial piston pump under high temperature was studied by using Rtec friction and wear tester to simulate different working conditions such as temperature,load and speed.Through the friction coefficient and wear volume Friction coefficient and wear volume measured by test,the surface morphology and wear scar section curves measured by white light interference threedimensional surface profilometer,the lubrication behavior and friction and wear law were analyzed.The results show that at high temperature,the friction coefficient of slipper pair decreases with the increase of temperature and speed,and increases with the increase of load.The wear volume first increases and then decreases with the increase of temperature,and increases with the increase of load,and decreases with the increase of rotating speed.Temperature and load have significant effects on the depth of wear marks at high temperature,while the rotation speed has an impact on the depth and width of wear marks.It is found that under the condition of high temperature,the friction reduction and wear resistance effect of slipper pair is the best when the temperature is 300 ℃,the load is 50 N and the speed is 75 r/min.
