Abstract:Bolt group is widely used in the field of aerospace and mechanical engineering,and its loading capacity and shearing stiffness is the important indicator to reflect the safe reliability of connected structures.Taking a single lapped and bolt group jointed plate as the study object,the shearing failure analysis of bolted joint plate was carried out,and the equivalent shear stiffness model of bolted joint plate was established.The displacement loading response curves of bolted joint plate was obtained by static tensile experiment,and the impacts of bolt layout on loading capacity and stiffness were discussed.Results indicate that the bolt layout angle plays role on the loading capacity and shearing stiffness to some extent.The loading capacity and shearing stiffness gradually decrease as the bolt group layout angle increases from 0° to 45°,But they gradually increase as the bolt group layout angle increases from 45° to 75°.When the bolt group layout angle is 0°,the loading capacity and the shearing stiffness are the maximum,while they are the minimum when the layout angle is 45°.Under different layout angle,the maximum difference of loading capacity of the bolt jointed plate is about 11.05%,the maximum difference of shearing stiffness is about 12.02%.
