    摘要:

    针对飞机液压系统管路泄漏控制问题,建立液压系统管路连接件有限元模型,研究摩擦因数、拧紧力矩及轴向装配偏差3个因素对管道密封性能的影响规律。对3个因素的取值空间进行拉丁超立方采样,通过有限元仿真计算得到大量的仿真样本;利用支持向量机回归模型对仿真数据进行拟合,得到有限元计算代理模型。利用该代理模型代替复杂的有限元计算对3个因素对管道密封性能的影响进行评估,证明该代理模型评估结果与有限元仿真结果具有很好的一致性。计算结果表明:在拧紧力矩一定的情况下,密封面上的摩擦因数增大则密封性降低;在摩擦因数一定的情况下,拧紧力矩增大,密封性则增加;在摩擦因数和拧紧力矩一定的情况下,轴向偏差对密封性能有一定影响,轴向偏差从负到正增加,密封性能变得更好。研究结果对于制定合理的装配标准、有效地控制管路系统的故障、提高管路系统的可靠性具有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    The finite element model of the pipe connection parts of aircraft hydraulic system was established to study the influence of friction coefficient,tightening torque and axial assembly deviation on the sealing performance of pipe.The Latin super-cubic sampling of the value space of three factors was carried out,and a large number of simulation samples were obtained by finite element simulation calculation.The simulation data were fitted by the support vector machine regression model,and the finite element calculation agent model was obtained.The agent model was used to evaluate the influence of three factors on pipeline sealing performance instead of complex finite element calculation,it was proved that the evaluation results of the agent model were in good agreement with the finite element simulation results.The calculation results show that the sealing performance is lower with the increase of the friction coefficient when the tightening torque is fixed,and the sealing performance is increased with the increase of the tightening torque when the friction coefficient is fixed.The axial deviation has a certain impact on the sealing performance when the friction coefficient and tightening torque are fixed,and when the axial deviation increases from negative to positive,the sealing performance becomes better.The research result is of great significance for formulating reasonable assembly standards,effectively controlling the fault of pipeline system,and improving the reliability of pipeline system.
