    摘要:

    设计一种新型油气润滑系统油气混合器,对其工作原理、结构设计、流场流型及油气管末端供油情况进行研究。建立包括螺旋管的流体域模型,将整个流体域分为润滑油初始区域、油气混合区域、螺旋管区域和末端直管区域。利用Fluent软件进行数值仿真模拟,建立瞬态模型分析单次打入润滑油的情况下油气两相流的形成机制,提出新的油气混合理论模型。研究结果表明:新型油气混合器结构紧凑,能实现精确定量的油气供给;高速压缩空气能够将润滑油分为两部分,一部分润滑油附着在管壁上以较低的速度向前流动,另一部分随着空气以较高速在管道中心向前流动,从而使得润滑油能够在较短时间内均匀分布在整个管道的管壁之上;在油气管末端,由于背压的影响,润滑油的分布复杂多变,但仍能保证油的连续供给。

    Abstract:

    A new oil-air mixer for oil-air lubrication system was designed,and its working principle,structure design,flow pattern of the oil-air mixer and oil supply at the end of the oil and air pipe were studied.The fluid domain model including the spiral tube was established,and the whole fluid domain was divided into initial region of lubricating oil,oil-air mixing region,spiral tube region and end straight tube region.A transient model was established by using Fluent software to analyze the formation mechanism of oil-air two-phase flow in the case of a single oil injection,and a new theoretical model of oil-air mixing was proposed.The results show that the integral type oil-air mixer has a compact structure and can realize accurate and quantitative oil and air supply.The high-speed compressed air can divide the lubricating oil into two parts.One part of the lubricating oil is attached to the pipe wall and flows forward at a lower speed,and the other part flows forward at the center of the pipe with the air at a higher speed,so that the lubricating oil can be evenly distributed on the pipe wall of the whole pipe in a short time.
