    根据微米级表面织构的形貌参数对比分析2种润湿模型下接触角计算公式,采用飞秒激光系统在不锈钢表面加工4种形貌的表面织构,随后在织构化表面通过物理气相沉积TiAlN涂层沉积,得到“织构+TiAlN涂层”的表面。通过实验测量涂层沉积前后、表面织构加工前后固体表面接触角,确定适用于微米级尺度的润湿接触角计算模型,并分析不同测量条件下表面织构形貌参数影响织构化表面润湿性能的作用机制。结果表明:沉积的TiAlN涂层对不锈钢表面润湿性能的影响非常有限,表面织构形貌参数对润湿性能有一定的影响;在微米级尺度上,Wenzel接触状态下的接触角计算公式更适用,其计算结果也更接近织构化表面接触角的实际测量值;单个织构的方向性和多个织构间的排列方式对润湿性能影响较大,织构的投影长度越大,接触角越小,润湿性能也越差。

    Abstract:

    According to parameters of micro-scale surface texture,the contact angle calculation formula of two wetting models were compared and analyzed.Four kinds of texture morphologies were processed on the surfaces of stainless steels by femtosecond laser system,then TiAlN coatings were deposited by PVD on the textured surfaces,and “Texture +TiAlN coating” surfaces were obtained.The contact angles of the solid surface before and after TiAlN coating deposition and texture processing were measured.The contact angle calculation model which was suitable for micro-scale was determined,and the mechanism affecting the wettability of micro-scale texture surface under different measurement conditions was analyzed and discussed.The results show that the deposited TiAlN coating has a very limited influence on the surface wettability,while the surface texture morphology parameters have a certain influence on the wettability.On the micro-scale,Wenzels calculation formula is more applicable to predict the contact angle,and the calculation result is closer to the actual measured value.The direction of a single texture and the arrangement of multiple textures have a great influence on the surface wettability.The larger the projection length of the texture,the smaller the contact angle,and the worse the wettability.
