润滑脂在球轴承中的动态导电特性研究

    摘要:

    在聚脲基础脂中添加不同导电材料制备导电轴承润滑脂,分别采用体积电阻率测试法和脂润滑轴承动态击穿电压测试法评价导电润滑脂在球轴承中的导电特性。结果表明:脂润滑轴承动态击穿电压测试更加适合轴承用导电脂的导电特性评价;润滑脂的击穿电压随导电材料添加量的增大而下降,不同的导电材料导电效率不同;低击穿电压伴随着低击穿电流,与高击穿电压相比具有更低的击穿放电功率;在脂润滑滚动轴承动态导电性能测试中存在“导电环”现象,润滑膜被击穿后即使降低电压润滑膜依然处于导体状态,导电环的面积大小可用于评价润滑脂的导电性能,导电环面积越小导电性能越好。

    Abstract:

    The conductive bearing greases were prepared by adding different conductive materials into polyurea base grease,and their conductive properties in ball bearing were evaluated by the volume resistivity test method and the dynamic breakdown voltage test method of greaselubricated bearings.The results show that the dynamic breakdown voltage test method of greaselubricated bearings is more suitable for the evaluation of the conductive characteristics of the conductive bearing grease.The breakdown voltage of grease decreases with the increase of the amount of conductive material added,and different conductive materials have different conductivity efficiencies.The low breakdown voltage is accompanied by the low breakdown current,and the discharge power is also lower compared with the high breakdown voltage.There is a “conductive ring” phenomenon in the dynamic conductivity test of grease lubricated bearings.After the lubricating film is broken down,the lubricating film is still in a conductive state even if the voltage is reduced.The area of the conductive ring can be used to evaluate the conductive performance of the greases,The smaller the area of conductive ring,the better the conductivity.
